After the initial consultation with the client, a series of preliminary sketches are created. Once the design and color scheme are agreed upon, the text is set by hand using metal type, and photopolymer plates of any digital images are produced.

All of our papers are tree-free and are made from natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, or abaca. A wide range of weights, textures, and colors are possible, and each batch of paper is custom-made for the specific project at hand. Handmade paper has the ability to enhance the look and feel of any project because of its unique surface texture.

Each item is hand fed into a vintage printing press, where an inked image is pressed into the paper, resulting in a beautiful impression. Thick handmade paper pairs perfectly with this printing process, resulting in a matchless look and feel.
